Can I request removal of an old piece of furniture or household appliance when I buy a new one?
We can remove the old furniture or household appliance that is going to be substituted upon request. Our staff will bring it to an authorised recycling point. This way, we all work together to care for the environment.

To request removal, you just need to verify that the product includes this service. When you add the product to your basket, a window will pop up asking if you would like us to remove the old piece.

Bear in mind that this service is only available in the area of operation of shopping centres.

How much does the removal service for an old piece of furniture or household appliance cost?
The removal service is subject to different terms and conditions.
- Domestic Appliances: start-up and removal of the old appliance is FREE.
- Furniture: Assembly service is FREE for orders over €1,500. Removal of old furniture is FREE if it does not require disassembly. If it does, this service will cost €69.
- Mattresses: removal of old mattress and assembly of bases is FREE.
In the case of shower screens, the supplier provides the removal service and may charge an associated cost.

What furniture and household appliances are included in the removal service?
The removal service for old items includes large household appliances, large furniture, mattresses, etc.

Due to their special characteristics, we require that ovens, hobs, hoods, and air conditioning units be disassembled before we can remove and recycle them. If you need us to disassemble any of these products, call us on 902 22 44 11 to request an estimate.

If you wish to recycle a small household appliance, we offer our Shopping Centres as waste collection points for small electrical or electronic appliances and devices.
