I cannot add products to my basket. What should I do?

If you cannot add products to the basket, try again in a few minutes to an hour. It is likely due to a temporary error in the system. We apologise if this has occurred.

Will I be able to purchase an out-of-stock product at a future date?

If a product that you want to buy is out of stock, it will be available for purchase as soon as we receive more of that item. In any case, we suggest that you add it to “My Favourites”. This will allow you quickly access the product and see if it is in stock.

How do I find a product?
To find a product, you can open the navigation menu located in the top left corner of the page. This will give you access to all the available departments.

Each department has several sections and a central area where featured contents are on display. They also have two navigation menus with the different product categories and groups, one on the left and another across the top. Use these menus to access the lists of products. Arrange the products as you like (largest discount, new arrivals, best sellers) and apply the different filters (brand, price, colour, etc.).
You can also use the search tool located at the top of the page, which will display the available products according to the terms you enter.
Once you have found the item you are looking for, click on the product name or its picture to see more information. A product information window will open showing the product’s details, colours, sizes, any applicable promotions, delivery and return options, availability in centres and other related products.

How does the search tool work?
The search tool located at the top of the page is very useful when you’re looking for a product or brand. After entering the term into the search field, the most suitable results will begin appearing, which you can use to narrow down your search (products with the term in its title, categories, etc.).

If no item matches what you’re typing, click ‘Search’. The results will show the available items that best match what you have entered.

Can I use the website to consult a product's availability at shopping centres?
To see if a product is available at shopping centres, you only need to locate the product information window. Here, find the information section in the description, and check if there is a third tab labelled 'Availability in centres'. If you click on this tab, a map will open with all the centres that have the product by province.

If the third tab is not included in the product information window, it is because the product is only available online.

Can I reserve a product?
You can reserve some of our products before their official release (video games, books, IT, etc.) This service is very convenient for products that sell out quickly.

Just click Reserve and follow the steps to purchase. On the day we receive the reserved product, we will charge the chosen payment method and send the item to you as soon as possible.

Are the prices and offers for online products the same as in Shopping Centres?
The prices on our website do not always match the prices in our Shopping Centre. Prices match in the majority of cases; nevertheless, sometimes there are exclusive promotions and discounts on the website that are not in our Centres and vice versa. Look at the product information window to see if the special offer is exclusively online.

Can I purchase veterinary products?
Only medicines not subject to veterinary prescription are sold.

The online sale to the public of non-prescription veterinary medicines authorised in Spain is carried out from the Retail Establishment located in the El Corte Inglés Shopping Centre at C/ Goya 76. 28009 – Madrid, registered in Section One of the Register of Veterinary Medication Establishments under number M.V./I – 063/M. Recipients must be within the European Union customs territory.

The owner of the Establishment is Mariana Romero García, with Licence no. 14675.

Information regarding returns: veterinary medicines may not be returned once dispensed and delivered to the purchaser, except for items that are supplied by mistake, do not match the order, are damaged during transport, carry an alert regarding a defect in their quality or for veterinary pharmacovigilance reasons, or must be withdrawn in accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 1246/2008, of 18 July.
