  • Can I return a product?

    If you are not satisfied with the product you have received, you can exercise your right to return without penalty, as long as the product you are returning is defective, is in bad condition or is not the product you requested.

    According to current regulations, the right of withdrawal is not applicable to food products sold at a distance, as the preservation of these products cannot be monitored after delivery and they can expire or quickly deteriorate (article 103, section D of the consolidated text of RDL 1/2007).

  • What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect product?

    If your order was delivered with a defective or incorrect product, please return it directly to the delivery person. He/she will return it to the Shopping Centre where it will be inspected and, if necessary, the decision will be made to refund the price of that product.

    If you notice the problem after the delivery has taken place, call the customer service telephone number that appears on the documentation delivered with the order or 900 494 092 (Monday to Sunday from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm) to notify of the incident. You can also write an email to clientes.alimentacion@hipercor.es.

  • How do I return a product that I purchased on the website at a Centre?

    To return a product purchased on the website at a Centre, just go to the relevant department at a Shopping Centre and present your sales document. Remember, these documents are the “order in shipping process” and “order delivered” emails, which include the following information:

    This email is your sales document: If you want to return any item from your order free of charge, just present a printed copy or on your mobile at a Shopping Centre

    You do not need to print it, you can show it directly on your mobile.
